Very impressed with both the sales and service staff at Humphries & Parks. Recently bought an Outlander Phev with help from Josh who was a real pleasure to deal with. Synchronising our phones and setting up remote access to the car too.
We were going to look at an outlander at another trader and i had called H&P service dept for advice on an mot advisory. They were polite and prepared to give advice even on a car they had not seen. So different to my old car's dealership.
Josh in sales was also polite and very knowledgeable of the car, and it was just like talking to a normal human being - no hard sell or stress and a relaxing test drive.
I am looking forward to a long relationship with H&P as even though they are some way from my home i think they are worth travelling to.
