The staff at Humphries & Parks were good because they were attentive and listened carefully to what our family needed regarding our young child. The advice given reflected the appropriate choice of vehicle to facilitate our needs, but also added their personal opinion of what vehicle would stand out for us. We were open to hearing their advice, but were grateful that Melissa was always open to answer questions.

The purchase of my Kia Niro from start to finish was excellent. Melissa Post was very informative and very helpful. All the way to when I drove my car off. She still answered my questions. I purchased my vehicle having found it on-line. Richard could not have made the long distance purchase process easier, explaining the procedure, patiently answering my questions and even organising a very fair part-exchange price for my current car. Delivery of the vehicle was arranged promptly. I only saw the vehicle on-line but it was as described and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The service I received was of the same quality that I have received in the past from Suzuki dealerships that I have visited in person. This 5 star review is probably the most deserved 5 stars that I can give from finding the S cross on auto trader web site to driving off the forecourt a week later, the experience was outstanding ,stress free and supported by Richard , sales ,whose knowledge and professionism was second to none .As for the car , 22 reg ,Scross,15000 miles on the clock and like new ,well beyond expectations ,and the price exceptionally good .highly recommend Humphries & parks Suzuki .
